Postage and Packing

The cost of postage and packing will be quoted by e-mail or on the phone and will be quoted on the invoice. Any customs duties payable on orders for NON-EU countries are not included.

Layaway

An initial deposit of 25% can secure a bear(s). Final payment must be made within 3 months. Your bear(s) will be dispatched when final payments have cleared.

Please Note: The images on this web site cannot accurately reflect the colour, texture and materials used. The sizes of the bears are always approximate.

Terms and Conditions

All orders for a G-Rumpy item will be treated as an offer by you to purchase subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right not to accept and order at our discretion. If we are unable to supply an item that has been ordered we will refund any moneys already paid. We will not compensate you for any other loss you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. If we accept an order we will notify you. Your order will be confirmed in writing, by post or e-mail. Only when you have received this confirmation has a binding contract been entered into and under these terms and conditions. The price of an item will be as quoted on the web site at the time of ordering. Commissions and items not featured on the web site will be quoted during correspondence. We reserve the right to rectify obvious mistakes in pricing by charging a proper commercial price. Postage, packing and insurance for the order will be quoted during correspondence. All items are supplied subject to availability and no guarantees of delivery dates/times can be given. You only own a item after full payment has been made. These terms and conditions do not effect you statutory rights. Deliveries will be by Special Delivery or Insured Parcel Post. Despatch will be between 2-30 days. Delivery dates quoted during correspondence are given in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. In the event that delivery cannot be made within 30 days we will contact you and make alternative arrangements, at this stage you have the right to withdraw from the contract. Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the order is delivered to an address nominated by you. Please note: Boxes and packing materials may have been recycled. We will only use materials that are clean and in good condition.

Returns: We are prepared to offer a full refund on any item returned with 14 days. The postage and packing of any item will be met by you. The item(s) must be appropriately packed [preferably original packaging] and insured. The refund will be given once the item(s) have been received by us in original condition. Please inform us of any damage on an item with 14 days or we will not accept liability.
